Singing Bowl and Sound Meditation

New this fall - a longer singing bowl and sound meditation session. In this longer session we will play with adding some vocal toning or other small active participation before the relaxation portion.
Bring a mat/blanket and pillow (the floor is hard).
Free of charge, however, donations to me and to MMH are accepted gratefully.
